We have for rent our double back bedroom. Complete with built in wardrobes, shelves, central heating and television Ariel.
We are looking for somebody quiet who likes dogs as we have two. Preferably someone who works normal hours (not nights) as don't want to have to creep around on days off.
We both work full time so somebody who is happy to let the dogs out etc would be perfect. We are friendly and respectful.
The room is UNFURNISHED.
We would initially want a 6month rent to be reviewed.
