A single furnished room in a quiet Victorian house with a beautiful garden. The bus stop is only 4 minutes walk with a direct bus to Liverpool city centre. Roby train station is 10 minutes walk which is 4 stops to Lime street station. Parking in the road is possible. This room would best suit a female student or professional and is available from Tuesday 1st Sept for short or long term let, preferably long term. Deposit of one month required. I would consider a single parent if they felt the room was big enough for them and a small child. The room has a double sofa bed in it and a chaise lounge. This is a safe quiet area with a nearby park and a few local shops nearby as well as a large Lidl and Macdonalds 20 mins walk away. All bills included.
This is my family home which I share with my adult son and I have cats so I am interested in someone who is not allergic to cats or scared of them but preferably likes cats. References are essential. Friendly household, easy going if you want to socialise or have your own space.
