Single furnished room for female only

A single furnished room in a Victorian house with a beautiful garden and a parking space to share. The bus stop is only 4 minutes walk with a direct bus to Liverpool city centre. Roby train station is 10 minutes walk which is 4 stops to Lime street station. This room would suit a female student or professional and is available from Friday 23rd May for short or long term let. I would consider a single parent if they felt the room was big enough for them and a small child. It has a double sofa bed in it. I will also consider very short term lets. This is a safe quiet area with a nearby park and a few local shops nearby as well as a large Lidl and Macdonalds 20 mins walk away. All bills included as well as household items such as washing up liquid, toilet paper, soap and bin bags. A weekly cleaner is also included for the main areas.
This is my family home and I have cats so I am interested in a female who is not allergic to cats or scared of them.
