A single furnished room in a Victorian house with a beautiful garden and a parking space to share. The bus stop is only 4 minutes walk with a direct bus to Liverpool city centre. Roby train station is 10 minutes walk which is 4 stops to Lime street station. This room would best suit a female student or professional and is available from Tuesday 12th August for short or long term let. Deposit neg. depending on length of stay. I would consider a single parent if they felt the room was big enough for them and a small child and another room possible for children of a single parent. The room for rent has a double sofa bed in it. I will also consider very short term lets. including in another room on a monthly or weekly basis. This is a safe quiet area with a nearby park and a few local shops nearby as well as a large Lidl and Macdonalds 20 mins walk away. All bills included. A weekly cleaner is also included in the price for the main areas. The second double room is £600pcm for a single person and £650 for a couple.
This is my family home and I have cats so I am interested ideally in a female who is not allergic to cats or scared of them. I will consider men or couples for the other double room. References are essential for both rooms. Friendly household, easy going if you want to socialise or have your own space.
