Double room for rent near city centre

I have a semi detached character house in a quiet street in Seaforth. It is a 3 storey property where the top floor is a library/study/office. I am minutes away from main public transport links into Liverpool city centre.
There is a variety of local amenities and not far from Crosby Beach which is a 20 minute walk or a short bus/train journey.

The main criteria is that you have to be a cat lover! I have 5 sphynx cats that can be naughty but very loving and do like human company. It is an absolute must that you like cats. Ideally my flatmate should be easy going, chatty but likes their own space as well. I work away as a health professional a couple of days a week so you have the house to yourself for that time as long as you don’t mind having the cats with you.

The house has lots of living space with 2 reception rooms, kitchen/diner. There is an extension at the back of the house with patio doors into the garden which is secluded from the neighbours. There is also an upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet.
