I am looking for 1 very special adult to share my beautiful home .the house is circa 1880 , seconds away from Lord street, 2 minutes to the train station. it is set within it's own private grounds which are a mixture of well maintained lawns, trees, flowers , it is a hidden gem. off road parking is by way of resident's parking permit. cleaners and gardener are included. This is not a party house, only single people wanting a quiet life need bother to apply. If you smoke there is a heated outdoor area. There are 2 shared lounges , kitchen, utility with washing machine, electric clothes dryer & own fridge, shared shower room, 2 toilets on first floor and 1 ground floor .
