Big bright room

It’s a big bright room at the front of the house on the second floor. There’s enough room for a double bed, two seater couch and a table and chairs which makes it more like a bed sit. There are two wardrobes and a small set of draws in the room. I’m looking for a quiet clean responsible person who respects the property and everything in it. They must be working and pay the rent on time.
