Looking to fill a double bedroom in a semi detached 2 bedroom house. House comes fully furnished. You would need to provide a bed for the room. Room you can add your own touches too :-)

2 reception rooms
Kitchen fitted with oven, washing machine etc
2 good size double bedrooms
1 bathroom
Parking space on site
Small back garden
Walking distance to town centre or alternatively is close to bus links

Flatmate is a male aged 63 and is a smoker. He works at the local colleges so has some of the school holidays off. He owns a friendly dog who loves attention, unfortunately she cannot be around other dogs. If you like football that is a bonus!

Looking for male or female ages 50+ in employment.

Available to move in in September 2025
£100 holding fee. A deposit of an additional £200 to be paid 2 days before moving in plus 1 month rent in advance. Total = £800
References of employment and previous tenancy desirable.

1 year minimum so please be able to commit. House viewings available evenings and weekends. 1 month notice to be given when leaving property.

Rent is £500 pcm including all bills and is paid on or before 10th of every month.
