We have a number of self-contained studio apartments to let in a beautiful well maintained large Victorian secure private property. Singles and couple’s welcome. Preferably mature, employed or retired, non-smoking, clean living people who will maintain decent standards. No pets.

The monthly charge is inclusive of Water, electricity, heating and wifi. There is also a laundry room on site with a small charge for drying only. There is plenty of parking along the wide quiet street without restrictions.

The property is an unincorporated association governed by the members and as such, we do not feel it is our place to force government mandates on tenants. Hence; many of us are unvaccinated. If this is of any concern to you, then perhaps our community at the Pheonix is not what you are looking for.

We are hoping to build a happy home of like-minded, awake, unvaccinated people living in a small community, supporting each other, whilst being completely sovereign and free from all corporations.

It is highly recommended that prospective tenants make arrangements to visit the property to meet and discuss all matters with the landlord :Gordon: who lives on the premises within his private accommodation.
