Sunny, pleasant ground floor bedroom with sofa bed. You would be sharing with one other female Masters student who also works part time in the evenings. There is a shared open plan living/ kitchen area, plus a separate dining. There is one shared bathroom upstairs. Storage is a little limited and you would need to bring your own chest of draws to keep your clothes. There is also room under the bed for storage boxes.

The room has a large heater and gets cosy in the winter and is also furnished with a non-smart TV so you would just need a firestick to connect to Netflix etc.

You may also wish to consider purchasing a matress topper to add some extra comfort to the bed.

The propety includes access to a well maintained garden and there is off street parking in front of the house.

Bills are included except for electricity and gas which would be split evenly with the other housemate.

Bispham road with a range of services, just 3 minutes walk. Meols Cop station 10 minutes walk.
