Here at the Pheonix, we have several self-contained rooms available for short term rent (3 month contracts, with possible extension).
This lovely Victorian house is situated in a quiet location of Southport. All apartments are on-suite with a kitchenet. There is a laundry on site (Free to wash, £2.00 per hour to dry). The monthly rent includes heating, lighting, water and wifi.
Monthly rent is £600 for a single and £700 for a double. We also require a £500 deposit.
Age 50 and over preferred. No children. No Pets. References required.
We are an unincorporated association governed by our own constitution. Looking to build a community of like minded people who value freedom.
