I the tenant live alone in the house I have 2 house trained dogs and keep myself to myself. £100 p/w for full use of the house all amenities and the double bedroom to yourself. The house is kept clean and tidy. The living room has a large reclining corner couch, leather rocking chair and foot stool and comes with a with a 70” tv. The dining room has a large marble top table with modern lighting and decor. The bathroom is modern it has a bath and a good shower. Washing machine and tumble dryer available and a large yard area. Parking for up to 4 cars.
