I am a professional female looking for a lodger/house mate for my spare room in a well appointed semi-detached house, quiet location walking distance to town centre and Birkdale. Close to both train stations.

Sharing with two males and one female, very friendly quiet house, we all get on really well, we like to have BBQs when the weather is good, but we are all generally out at work most of the time.

Couples welcome rent - £534 per calendar month

Large double room to rent, with own private lounge, shared bathroom, with seperate toilet, shared kitchen and garden. Bedroom is furnished, can provide single bed or you can bring your own.

All bills included- water, gas, electric, council tax, and WIFI internet.

Must like dogs as there is one small friendly dog insitu.
