Facilities include - 4 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, open space kitchen with dining/living room area and a front room which is now a bedroom too. Plenty of parking space on the drive, back yard and a garage.

All bills included (gas, electric, water, broad band, and council tax) and full use of the house facilities.
