Flat to share with 1 spare room in a lovely area

I have one bedroom/flat to share available from the 10th October The room is quite small really, there's only one single bed and a wardrobe, but I don't advertise just the bedroom, I am sharing the whole flat so once you move in - you are welcome to feel like home here all over the flat, you don't have to lock yourself and live in the bedroom. The rest of the flat is fully furnished - TV, broadband, washing machine etc etc. I am asking for £280 a month, all bills included. I have broadband and sky sports if that's any interest to you. I will not ask for deposit, but I will ask for a copy of your passport (just in case due to bad previous experience (theft)).
