A lovely, spotless and bright large studio room with own living area and king size bed. The room has been recently decorated and is fully furnished.

Facilities: 2 sofas, 1 king size bed, bedside table, triple wardrobe, TV, broadband and fridge. The bathroom is located on the floor below and is shared with one other person.

The room occupies the full third floor of the house and is therefore quiet and separate from the main living areas of the house; so nice and private. We are a considerate, clean and tidy couple and are seeking someone who is the same!

There is ample street parking available. Meols Cop station is a 5 minute walk away and Southport town centre and train station is a 20 minute walk away. There is a bus stop within 100m of the front door.

We have a small friendly dog but he would be kept out of your way (unless you love dogs and fancied a friendly visit every so often!).

The room is available on a full time basis. Bills are included.

We only let out this one room within our home so you won't be tripping over any other tenants! The room is seeking an employed professional with references.
