All bills included, no council tax in a fully modernised Victorian house. Each room is fully furnished and all bedding and towels provided, tv in both rooms. There are 3 lounges, 3 tv's with Amazon/kodi fire stick, download any movie tv series, live sport. wireless internet connection. large contemporary kitchen diner, seperate utility room, shared bathroom,2 seperate toilets. Designated smoking area. Ample off road parking. Large secluded garden and patio area to the rear of the house. As a live in landlord I am looking for 2 older people to share my home with who appreciate peace and quiet and a spotlessly clean, relaxed home. I have cleaners and Gardener on a fort nightly basis.
