I am the only other resident in the house. I am fairly easy going, friendly and considerate. I’d like my tenant to be the same.

I have had a few enquiries from people who want to arrive in Liverpool and move in immediately, with the first time we meet being when they move in, but I am not open to this, so please do not ask.
