Double Bedroom to Rent

Spacious double bedroom available in a quiet, tidy home just a 10–15 minute walk from the airport. The room comes furnished with a double bed with bedding, chest of drawers and wardrobe, and you’ll have access to a shared bathroom with a bath. The bedroom for rent is pictured. The paint work is currently being complete and the curtains are set to be replaced (if you move in before they’re bought, you can pick the curtains that suit you!). The bedroom overlooks the garden at the back of the house. The garden has a locked shed so you are welcome to bring a bike. I also have a side alley for rear access.

I’m a 23-year-old female live-in landlord, working 9–5 Monday to Friday. I keep to myself for the most part but I’m very friendly. There’s a rear garden, parking out front if you have a car, and two friendly indoor cats – so you’ll need to be okay with pets. My neighbours are lovely and friendly and the block has a great family atmosphere.

The house is in a great location – Morrisons is just a 10-minute walk away, and bus stops are right on your doorstep, making it easy to get around.

£500 per month, £400 deposit, minimum 6-month stay. All bills included – WiFi, council tax, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer etc. The area is perfect for anyone working in the aviation industry as I am close to the airport, however, anyone is welcome, as long as they have a regular income.

Occasional small rent discount if you’re happy to feed the cats when I’m away (amount depends on time away.)

Looking for a clean, reliable tenant – professionals preferred but I am flexible. If you have a guarantor, I’ll take it case by case.
