Double Bedroom for rent

I’ve got a cosy private room available in my home. This includes all bills: water, electric, heating, WiFi, Council Tax and a home gym.

You’ll be sharing with me (I work 9–5, Monday to Friday) and my two cats; they’re friendly and pretty chilled. I keep the place clean and tidy, and I like a peaceful home, so it’d suit someone who’s friendly but enjoys their own space too. That being said, I’m partial to paddle boarding, indoor bouldering, a little trip to national trust sites and would mostly be up for a pub garden on my days off! I clean the whole house (bar your bedroom) once a week (usually Sunday), all I ask is that you keep the kitchen tidy and wash up after yourself.

I am close to the airport, so perfect for anyone in Aviation, as it is a 20 min walk or 5 min bus ride.

There is a local chippy, bus stops out front with multiple routes, a corner shop and a large Morrisons a 10 min walk away. Shops nearby and there is the New Mersey Retail Park close too. I’m right near the motorway (but not close enough to hear) so getting around is easy.
