Single Room Available

I have a lovely single room available to rent, there is a tv with virgin media, wardrobe, chest of drawers already in the room. There is only a shower available. There is also a stair lift. There is parking in front of the house and behind. You will be responsible for your own meals but you can use the kitchen. You must like dogs as I board dogs too. If you wish to smoke, you must do it outside.
