1 bed room with own bathroom

Thanks for taking the time to look.

I have a room spare at my house with king-size bed wardrobe and draws. Does have a shower next door that will be personal to the room as there is a second bathroom downstairs. I also have a cleaner once a week who cleans the bathrooms, kitchen and living room.

I am a hgv driver so I work long hours and or work away. looking for a trustworthy responsible individual to occupy my house. I am pretty easy going, tidy, helpful. I do have a son that stays with me when I am at home (3years of age).
Has washer/dryer, cooker, coffee machine, TV, internet, workspace.
