Room to rent

I have a room to rent in my 3 bedroom house, I do have a dog that lives in the property but she is very friendly. The room is a back bedroom, a bed and drawers are provided already. The property has both front and back garden and is located on Hard Lane so plenty of access towards town and other commuting areas. Shops located either end of the street. Parking is on the street outside the house.
