I have a spacious Double room furnished available now in a clean tidy home.
Preferably long term for £600 pcm but will consider short term for £200 per week
Ben linen and towels will be provided for short term rental only
Ideally will suit a professional who DOES NOT WORK FROM HOME and is currently in full time employment please
It is NOT a house share with lots of tenants as only I live here with my cat Billy
There is a shared main bathroom lounge kitchen/diner
I do have a cat so please consider this also but he is not allowed in your room!
The area is close to all amenities and a bus stop is just outside.
2 mins drive from the M62
It is generally quiet and i have lovely neighbours too! Your room backs on to the rear garden and is very quiet
Ample parking either on the driveway or off road
I would suggest you call to have a chat as this agreement will be dependant on whether or not we both feel comfortable and agreeable and 2 references will be required (1 employer and 1 personal) and deposit for long term stays only.
You must be in full time employment
