Single Room Only- Furnished Long/Short Term

Hi.
I have a cosy comfortable clean single room furnished available now in a clean tidy home.
Preferably long term for £500 pcm but will consider short term for £125 per week
Ben linen and towels will be provided for short term rental only
Suitable for a professional only who DOES NOT WORK FROM HOME (very important) and is currently in full time employment please If it is only occasionally working from home that's ok
It is NOT a house share with lots of tenants as only I live here with my friendly cat Billy
There is a shared main bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen/diner which of course you can use but ideally you will only need it for minimal use. If you like cooking huge meals everyday then this possibly could not be the right place for you
Pls note: I can add a wardrobe and TV if this is a deal breaker.
The area is close to all amenities and a bus stop is just outside.
2 mins drive from the M62
It is generally quiet and i have lovely neighbours too!
Ample parking either on the driveway or off road and a large garden to enjoy in the summer months
I would suggest you call to have a chat as this agreement will be dependant on whether or not we both feel comfortable and agreeable and 2 references will be required (1 employer and 1 personal) and deposit for long term stays only.
You must be in full time employment
