Within easy walking distance to St Helen's town centre, this friendly house has a room that will be available soon!

The room is fully furnished and you have access to a communal living room, fitted kitchen and a lovely modern bathroom.

All bills are included in the rent* and we have Free WIFI as well as a premium paid for service, as well as a regular cleaner provided as a courtesy.

1. Do you earn more than THREE times the advertised rent? Or have proof of funds to support your application (if you are a student)?
2. Is your bank account always in credit (not overdrawn) and you have a clear credit history (that means no active or satisfied CCJs, IVAs, bankruptcies or other debt recovery plans)? - NOTE: this point applies to all adults who will be living at the property.
3. Are you planning to stay for at least SIX months? Please state the minimum period you are looking to rent for?
