Double Room available.

I am looking for somebody clean, respectful and honest to take one of the double rooms available in my house. It's a large terrace with two lounges, kitchen, bathroom and plenty of space.

I work full time - sometimes from home.

My little dog comes to stay half the week when I'm off - he's pretty quiet, doesn't smell or anything.

I'm looking for somebody who is after peace and a nice comfortable safe space to live. I'm not into mad parties, binge drinking or drugs. Ideally a non smoker.
