THE HOUSE
The house has 4 double en suite rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. Each room has its very own bathroom so no need for sharing. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.
LOCATION – Kitchener Street, central St. Helens.
This property is located in the vibrant WA10 area where you'll have easy access to various shops, supermarkets, and convenience stores for all your shopping needs.
Just a 5 minute walk away from the property, you will find cosy cafés and delicious restaurants which offers a diverse range of dining options, ensuring you'll never run out of places to explore and satisfy your taste buds.
The area is well-served by local bus routes, providing convenient transportation within and beyond St Helens. You can easily access nearby towns, and other key locations.
HOUSEMATES
Now rooms focus on professional tenants or mature students, and we try to keep the age range within the house all similar. VIEWING PROCESS
To book a viewing, please message us directly here on Spareroom and complete the enquiry form with more details. This is to help us make sure we are locating the best properties for you in case this property has already been reserved. You’ll then be contacted by our sales agent to organise a viewing. We offer viewings on weekdays between 1-6pm and Saturdays 3-5pm, as most of our properties are lived in we are unable to do same day viewings and need at least 24 hours notice to arrange one for you.
RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can be usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
*Please note the price advertised is for 12 months, we also can do 6 or 9 month contracts please ask for details and pricing.
