Large room which looks over the garden, furnished with kingsize bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and bedside table.
Shared bathroom with a great shower over bath, shared living room, kitchen and garden. Parking on drive outside at the front.
Fab reclining sofa... perfect for a Netflix binge or film night. Also have Prime movies.

The house is only two minutes drive from the M62 and there's a train station for Liverpool or Manchester a short drive away which has parking.. Plus it’s on a main bus route into St Helens or Widnes.
Supermarket close by and hairdressers, takeaway, post office and local pub close by too.

I have a small dog so animal lovers a must.
He’s well behaved but be aware he is allowed on the sofa and enjoys a cuddle!
I am sociable but respect privacy and enjoy quiet time too now and then. Must be clean and tidy like me. I don’t expect to do all the cleaning for both of us.

I work Monday-Friday days. 3days at home, I have an office set up in the third bedroom for this.
No wild partying for me anymore, I’m happier with a takeaway and a film with a glass of wine, or just going to the cinema or out for tea with friends. But I do have the occasional night out then spend 3 days recovering!! Love hanging out in the garden with some music and a glass of wine :)

Just moved into this house but had 8 years of renting out the spare room in my old property. Made good friends with a couple of long term lodgers I had there.
There are still jobs to be done in this new house. Painting and new furniture etc over the next few months but shouldn’t take too long.
