Really nice quiet location, opposite lake with walks on the doorstep but only 5 minutes from the station with fast access to Liverpool and Manchester and 4 miles from the motorway junction 8 M62 (Ikea).

Currently there is only me (professional working woman)in the house and my working hours restrict my social contact time
