THE HOUSE IS ON 2 LEVELS with 5 double bedrooms in total along with open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), and rear patio area. Centrally heated and double-glazed throughout. Our aim is for your stay to be comfortable in a bright and airy private bedroom, and with the extra modern facilities of a professional house share.

THE LOCATION IS MARSHALLS CROSS ROAD, ST HELENS, set is a quiet residential area, yet central to St Helens Hospital and other areas of employment. The house is only a 5 minutes walk away from your local Morrisons and co-op supermarkets and Ravenhead Retail Park is only 7 minutes away where you’ll find many shops and restaurants including Next, Boots, Currys, Frankie and Benny’s, Burger King, McDonalds.

CENTRAL FOR ALL TRANSPORT LINKS: Car users – M62 motorway junction 7 – 4 minutes drive away giving access to M6 (7 minutes), M56 (12 minutes). Train users – trains from St Helens Junction, Lea Green and Central giving access to Liverpool, Manchester, Wigan and beyond. Bus users – there’s a bus stop 3 minutes walk away (outside hospital) accessing all areas.

YOUR BEDROOM IS A NEWLY DECORATED ROOM on the first floor. Bedroom contains a fabulous comfy bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, writing desk, chair and lamp. The kitchen itself contains everything you’ll need including oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, washing machine & dryer, kettle and toaster. There’s lots of space to store your food and a full complement of cups, saucers, plates and all the usual utensils. There’s a table for eating and comfy couches for relaxing, watching TV and chatting to fellow housemates. Just add a touch of Jamie Oliver and see what develops.

3 FULL BATHROOMS (ONE EN-SUITE) – ALL WITH HOT SHOWERS. A high efficiency combi boiler brings constant hot water.

YOUR PATIO gets plenty of sunshine for impromptu barbeques (weather permitting). And further afield there’s local parks and countryside 5 minutes from your doorstep.

EXTRA FACILITIES INCLUDE SUPERFAST FIBRE OPTIC BROADBAND throughout the house and garden. TV point in all bedrooms also. The house has fire doors, fire alarm, extinguishers and is fully inspected and approved by St Helens Council.

EXISTING HOUSEMATES ARE A GOOD MIX OF MEN AND WOMEN in a variety of professional careers.

Costs: £375 per/month | £86. 61 per/week to include all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband, TV license), maintenance and cleaning of communal areas. 6 months minimum rental. Admin Fee of £200. 5 bedrooms in total. One double room available. Minimum age 21. No DSS.
