Excellent House-share in St Helens

Hello there

The house

I’m looking for someone to share a lovely warm semi detached house in a nice part of St Helens. The house itself has 2 double bedrooms and a small box room. I’m looking to let the second double only. The small box room can be used as a spare or for storage etc. Downstairs is an open plan living room dining room with a kitchen to the rear, this has an electric oven, gas hob, washer, fridge freezer & microwave etc. The bathroom is upstairs on the same level as the bedrooms and had the usual refinements, bath toilet and shower etc.
There is also a drive at the front of the property which could accommodate 3 cars if needed. To the rear is a patio and paved area for sitting out when the weather is nice. There is a 55inch smart led 3D tv in the front room along with high-speed broadband, Xbox one and Netflix.

The area

Excellent transport links, very close to junction 7 of the M62 giving easy access to Liverpool & Manchester. There is a bus stop outside the house which can take you into St. Helens in no time. Widnes, Warrington & Runcorn are also within easy reach. There is a 24hr garage a short walk away and a number of convenience shops and local takeaways also.

About me

A working professional, I work early mornings and afternoons and like to be out and about quite a bit, often out at weekends either socialising with friends or down the pub watching the football. I’m clean and tidy and happy to share everything in the house. I enjoy watching most sports and various soaps and programmes on the tv. I have a great sense of humour, easy to talk too and get along with.

About you

Clean, tidy and easy to get on with, and you must have permanent secure employment. There’s plenty of space on the drive for off road parking if you have a car.

The bills

Bills are included in the monthly rent, this includes, council tax, electricity, gas and water & broadband.
Obviously, your food/drink bills are your own.

The room

A nice size double room at the back of the house so it’s nice and quiet. There is a double bed & mattress, chest of drawers and lamp presently. If these aren’t needed I’ll remove them but if they are that’s fine. As decorating is different for everyone your quite welcome to do that within reason and at your cost.

Overall

A great warm house with off street parking, safe and secure within easy reach of all amenities and destinations. I’m looking for someone of similar stature that has permanent employment and can prove this. Single professionals only, please. The house/room can be viewed anytime after 3 pm weekdays.
