I have a small double room in my home (this is not a house share). It’s a 3 bed end terrace in a quiet dead end street, shared downstairs bathroom. WA9 Nutgrove area close to Thatto Heath (walking distance), Rainhill and Lea Green train stations. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. I also have a large wardrobe in the office for your use, freeing up room space.

Females preferred who are easy to live with. Must be clean and tidy and respectful.
