A spacious double room is available in a well-maintained three-bedroom house, ideal for a single occupant looking for a quiet and comfortable home.

5 minutes’ walk to the bus stop and 15 minutes’ walk to the train station.

The room comes with access to your own private bathroom and toilet, so the household remains relaxed and uncrowded. The property is clean, organised, and suited to someone who genuinely values a tidy and hygienic living environment. As we will be sharing common areas, I am looking for someone who is consistently clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Cleanliness is important to me, particularly as I have allergies, so unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated.

I work from home when I am in the UK. When I am away, you will typically have the property to yourself. This arrangement would suit someone responsible, independent, and comfortable in a peaceful setting.

The bedroom is currently unfurnished, as the previous furnishings have been removed. Furnishing can be discussed depending on your preferences.

Kitchen and living areas are shared with just me.
