I have a choice of 2 rooms available in Upton in the Wirral ch49 4lg. (Not Upton near Chester)

Rear bedroom is £300 per month. Contains a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk.

Front bedroom is £370 per month. Contains a king size bed and plenty of built in furniture for storage.

I am a professional working make working days and nights. I am clean, tidy, quiet, considerate.

I have 2 dogs, so I'm looking for someone who is good with dogs and will help to let them out while I'm in work.

In exchange I offer a room at a great price for the location. All bills (Gas, Elec, Water, Council Tax, Internet) is included in the price. There is plenty of space in the kitchen for storage and food, a washing machine and tumble dryer is available.

Outside is a wonderful garden, a lovely place to sit in the summer, with decking and fire pit available.
