Loft Room with en-suite shower room

Come and see our large Loft Room (18ftx9ft) and en-suite Shower Room. The bedroom is large and well-furnished
with chests of drawers, a hanging rail,
desk and chair. It overlooks our green
garden and is well situated only a ten
minute walk, along Wood Lane for buses
everywhere including into Liverpool.
We are looking for a student or
person with permanent employment to share our house (except the front living room.) We have one small dog and
two cats who are well-behaved.
