WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 3 females, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 4 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Fazakerley Road and the closest train station is 5 minute walk and 15 minutes to the city centre by Car. Buses take 15 minutes towards L18 area and 15 minutes into town! Great homer street is also a 10 minute drive away.
Aintree Hospital is just 10 minutes by bus, or 5 minutes by train.
Great public transport links, with various routes passing the property. Most leading to L1 every 10 minutes and also routes that lead to Sefton Park and Lark Lane.

LOCAL FACILITIES
McDonalds, Sainsburys and ALDI are just a short 5 minute walk away and there are plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores close by.
The nearest gym is just a 20 minute walk away or a 7 minute drive.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check.

MOVING IN
Move in can be done the same week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.

*Please note the price advertised is for 6 months, we also can do a 12 month contract for £480 per month*
