HOUSE LAYOUT
The house has 5 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. Each room has an ensuite and a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Eastbourne Road in L9 and is just a 6 minute drive from Aintree hospital. Bus routes from the main road (Goodacre Road) is five-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 30 minutes. Aintree train station is a 10-minute walk and has good links between town and towards Liverpool South Parkway.

LOCAL FACILITIES
The property is just a 15 Minute walk to Aintree retail park which has plenty of shops such as The Range, TK Maxx, A Harvester, Pizza Hut, Nando's and plenty more..
Just a 8 minute drive away from the house are supermarkets such as Aldi, Sainsburys and Farmoods as and also a 24 hour MacDonalds for your late night snacks.
There are plenty of convenience stores, pubs and takeaways close by to the property.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
