The Double rooms are spacious and each contains a Double bed, mattress, wardrobe, TV Point, Broadband etc.

The Communal Kitchen & Dining Area is more than adequate for a house of this size.

The house is quite large and is kept nice and clean by the current sharers.

The rooms offered are nice and big and are not confined to just fitting a double bed into.

The house offers communal bath/ showers, tumble dryer, washer, fridge, freezers etc.

The wireless broadband offered is Virgins latest rocket speeds and copes easily with Netflix, Amazon Video etc.

The current sharers range in age from 22 to 26 and seem to enjoy each others company.

Very close to Walton centre and Orrell Park Railway Station is at the end of the street.

If you require a short term let, then call me so we can negotiate - but the rent requested will reflect normal rates.

We ask that the property is viewed before reserving a room as requested under Liverpool's City Councils License Standards.

Once viewed, should you wish to move in,
Your moving in costs would be:

£80 Reservation/ Administration Fee, (Payable before you move in).
+
£70 Which will cover the cost of the 2nd Weeks Rent payable on the day that you move in.(Provided a minimum 6 month tenancy is set up)

There is NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

But a guarantor is MANDATORY, without a deposit.

If you can't get a guarantor, as an alternative, you can lodge £280 with the DPS, (Deposit Protection Service).

As mentioned previously,
All tenancies are subject to a one off £80 administration fee. (Tenancy Renewals Are Free).
