Double bedroom in newly renovated house.

Hey!
I’m Elizabeth and I’ve recently renovated a lovely 4 bedroom Georgian terrace house in Waterloo which is up for sale and I am due to complete the sale in February next year (which is why the advert is only for 4 months)

I am a 5 minute stroll to the beach and shops and 10 minutes to the train station.

I work away in London half of the month, so a lot of the time you’d have the house alone.
The other two rooms are being used as a dressing room and my study/office which you could also use if you work from home.

A bit about me: I work in London regularly, I am in marketing and video production for property and lifestyle brands. In my spare time I love to exercise, cook, host friends and see family.

I also come with a Poodle called Peach 🍑 occasionally I have to stay overnight around the country for my work, my previous housemate loved dogs and was happy for Peach to stay at home when I went away. But this is something to discuss. My Dad currently looks after her when I need, so this isn’t necessary in order to take the room, but you must be comfortable with a small Poodle who loves cuddles!

Very happy to send more images and videos of the house on request as these images are of my previous house I renovated 4 doors down. The layout of the house is identical and room size is exactly the same, it’s just painted beige not green.
