5 mins walking from Waterloo train station and 19 minutes on the train to Liverpool Central with easy access to shops, cinema, restaurants and local bars. The house is a terrace and parking is on the road.

Waterloo is a vibrant up and coming area with the picturesque Waterloo Seafront Gardens and coastal park and beach, great for a morning run amongst the Antony Gormley statues, on your door step.

Locally, Rimrose Park which leads onto the Leeds and Liverpool canal path and onto the Trans Pennine Trail. There is also the coastal path on our doorstep leading to Southport and beyond.

The Waterloo Adventure and Leisure Centre, overlooking marine lake, is a short walk away and Crosby leisure centre with swimming baths a mile away.
