Double room in a spacious penthouse apartment

This room comes furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. You would also have access to a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen and living space, as well as a large utility room. The bathroom is shared between yourself and one other.
Situated on the top floor of a small block, there is also communal parking available if you have a car.
Approx 10 minutes walk to Waterloo train station and popular South Road area. 2-3 mins walk to Crosby beach/marina. 15-20 mins drive to city centre.
We both work Mon-Fri 9-5 so to have someone similar would be ideal, but not necessary.
We are two sociable professionals, who on a day to day basis enjoy sharing cooking, going to gym and relaxing watching films/tv. At the weekend we like to keep active and get out and sometimes have a few drinks of an evening.
Bills aren't included, but we estimate them to be around £100 a month.
