Big Double room unfinished in 3 bed flat Waterloo

We have a large double room available in Waterloo.
We are looking for a 3rd tenenat to join us. The flat originally came unfinished so we have all the amenities what we share it would be just the furniture for your room. The room has fitted wardrobes with ample room. We can supply a double bed if needed.
Shared bathroom/kitchen. Parking is available on the street.
Rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, water, electric, TV licence and internet).
Our tenancy is with a private landlord so no agency fees etc.

We are 2 professional males so we are looking for another professional to join us. We're friendly guys and easy going. We do have very hectic jobs so the flat can be empty most of the week.
