Single/double room

I am looking to rent out the top floor of my house which is pretty much self contained and consists of a lounge/kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom is currently set up as a single but the bed does convert to a double if preferred. The bedroom has built in storage and s chest of drawers. There is a large landing with s clothes rail for extra storage. The bathroom has a large shower a toilet and wash hand basin and lots of storage space. The lounge has fitted kitchen units and sink, a sofa bed and TV table. The rent is £400pcm which includes all bills and Wi-Fi. I have a lodger on the first floor and he shares the bathroom on that floor with myself so the bathroom on the top floor is for your own use and is not shared.
