Two lovely rooms in West Derby

I've got 2 rooms to let. One is an en-suite bedroom with a king size bed (£500/month bills included), second is a single bedroom with a double bed (£350 per monthincl bills).

They're furnished, but you can add your touch to the room, agreed beforehand with me.

You would share with me: the main bathroom (if you would be staying in a single bedroom), the kitchen and the living room.

My house is a detached house in a nice residential area with a big driveway, and a garden area in front of the house. There's Neighbourhood Watching where I live, so it's a very safe place to be in.

I'm the living-in owner, but I travel a lot.

Aldi and M&S are just 10 minutes walking distance away as well as Costa and 2 pubs and 2 petrol stations.
There's also Asda nearby. Approximately 5 mins drive.
West Derby Village is jus with a beautiful Croxteth Hall Park is just 5 minutes away by car.

West Derby is easily linked to the city centre. You can just catch a bus and you will be there in 20 minutes. Buses: 12, 13, 15 and 18.
