Full house with a lovely sized back garden and a garage used for storage. There is a driveway and room for on street parking.

You will have full use of the main bathroom and your own bedroom. The bedroom I am currently in has it's own small bathroom for me to use 😊

I have everything you need kitchen wise and the house is fully furnished so you don't need to bring anything with you. Happy to share! I only ask that if anything is broken that it is replaced!
There is a sofa bed in the room currently (which is fine for temporary use but i would not recommend long term!) along with a desk, bed side table and clothes rack. I am happy to help you source a bed! The room will fit a double.

I am a 32 year old professional female who has unfortunately just split from a 2 year relationship but still in a years lease. I love living in this house and would prefer not to move but unfortunately cannot afford to stay here alone! The current lease ends in November but I wish to stay here as long as possible so I'm happy to tie into any time period.

I have one elderly cat and one small cockapoo, my dog is only with me for half the week as she is shared with my ex so won't be around full time and she is great with other dogs. Both are house trained.

I work from home full time and so will be in all day but have used the smallest bedroom as my home office so I can lock myself away and you won't even know I'm there while also having the added bonus of someone being in all day to guard the house! 🤭
