I am clean and tidy and require someone that is the same. Alls I ask is that you keep the place nice and tidy, cleaning after cooking, keeping bathroom and your bedroom clean

I am not desparate for someone to move in, but would be open to the right person.

I pick my niece up once a month from school and she stays for an hour in the apartmernent, so unfortunately no males, as she would be intimidated.
