I am an easy going landlord that is looking for someone to share my apartment. My home will be your home and your privacy will be completely respected.

I am clean and tidy and require someone that is the same. All I ask is that you keep the place nice and tidy, cleaning after cooking, keeping bathroom and your bedroom clean.

Wifi, Netflix and broadband all free.

I am not desparate for someone to move in, but would be open to the right person.

I pick my niece up once a month from school and she stays for an hour in the apartmernent, therefore i would prefer a female lodger otherwise she would be intimidated.

Out of respect I ask that you do not bring partners to the apartment, friends and family are fine.
