Buses and trains to Liverpool and Chester are 5 minutes walk. Plenty of social life, a sports centre and a beach are 10 minutes walk away. Current house occupants are a lady tennis player and a retired chef. We are sociable but mainly socialise outside the house, which is clean, practical and comfy. Absolutely no smoking or partying.
