Double room in West Kirby

I am looking for a lodger to rent a double room in my 2 bed house. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in West Kirby, parking on street outside of the house (I use the driveway). The house has 2 bedrooms, shared living room, kitchen, conservatory and bathroom. I have a garage to store larger items if required and a spacious garden. The house is located 5-10 mins walk from the train station with direct links in to Liverpool. West Kirby has plenty of shops, bars, cafes and supermarkets all within walking distance...and of course there is a beach 5 mins walk away.

The room itself is furnished with double bed, under-bed storage, wardrobe, bedside table and floor length mirror.

I have a cat who is lovely and friendly, so the new flatmate must also like cats.

I work full time in Liverpool and do have some studying to do outside of work so someone who respects this would be essential. Otherwise I keep fit with cycling and going to the gym. Most weekends I'm away so there is some opportunity for the new flatmate to have the house to themselves too.
