West Kirby is a coastal town which is located in a very beautiful area in the north-west tip of the peninsula. Not only will the sea views dazzle visitors, but they can also enjoy incredible views of the Welsh Hills. Simply stand on the West Kirby promenade and take in all the beautiful sights and sounds. During low tide, visitors will be able to walk to the island of Hilbre on the other side and enjoy sightings of varied wildlife and birdlife. Watersport enthusiasts will be able to enjoy some activities in the saltwater Marine Lake. If you are interested in sailing and windsurfing, then this is the place to be. If strolling is your cup of tea, then the perimeter of the lake makes for a beautiful walk. West Kirby is also home to several delectable restaurants, bars, and shops. There’s also a vibrant nightlife in the town with many people hanging out at bars and at the promenade during the summertime. The house is quiet, and yet every amenity is on the door step.

My home is a stylish, calm, spacious and clean maisonette. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, huge lounge and a new kitchen. The upstairs shower room is yours to use.

The room is situated on the middle floor next to the bathroom. It is located at the rear of the house along its own hallway. There is a double bed, a large chest of drawers and a double wardrobe and mirror. It is a lovely cosy warm room.

The kitchen is new and fully equipped with everything you might need to create culinary delights. It is always clean and sometimes we cook together and other times we respect each others rights to a clean and hygienic space by leaving the kitchen as it was found.

The shared sitting room has two large sofas and an easy chair another sofa is available if needed, so we can have one each! TV with Sky and BT sport.

I have a wonderful large sunny terrace which is such an advantage in my central West Kirby location.

We are looking for a chilled out, professional/ student to join my happy home. I currently work from home, and I am not looking for anyone else who works from home.

Must be a dog lover. I have a two-year-old female labradoodle, she is soft, affectionate and funny.

Wi-Fi and all bills included.

Must have deposit and full months' rent to start the tenancy.

Live in landlady, walking distance of train, town and beach.
Council Tax band D.

The whole property has just benefited from the ECo4 home energy efficiency grant. New boiler, internal insulation on every external wall, fans and vents in the windows in all rooms and loft insulation. This takes the property to an EPC rating of B. As a consequence of the works undertaken every room has been redecorated in the last month. So, it is fresh and light with crisp white paint throughout.
