Single Room offered

Single room with en suite toilet and sink as well as use of bathroom (shared with one other occupant), kitchen and living room. We have two dogs who are very friendly. We also have a large garden (good for summer barbecues).
We are preferably looking for a professional who is considerate and respects us and our property. There is no smoking in the house and you should be comfortable with two dogs that bark occasionally but are absolutely harmless.
We will consider short term rents but the price for short term rents is £90/week (up to 2 weeks).
