The flat is 5 mins walk to the train station and main bus stop outside the Concourse and to the beach. We are 2 mins walk to local shops, bars and about 10mins drive to the M53, very easy to get to Liverpool and Chester.

The room that is available is a very large double room with big windows looking out over front garden (no access). Room is big enough to be sectioned off as part bedroom part living space if you would like to. There is a landing area which can be used as dining area or storage. The bedroom, bathroom, hall, stairs and landing have been newly refurbished. Good sized kitchen, shared fridge/freezer space and own food cupboard. Shared use of washing machine, tumble drier.(There are 1 wardrobe one the room, otherwise unfurnished.)

Included in the rent are all the bills and your share towards the cleaner who comes in twice a month to do the big jobs, bathroom - floors - oven etc. Day to day maintenance must be done by tenants.
