The parking is on street, plus there's a free car parking area at the top of the road, the promenade is at the bottom with a short walk to the local swimming pool/leisure centre & Mersey Ferries to the right, and all the amenities in New Brighton to the left. There are 2 local supermarkets close by, 3 gyms, petrol station, post office and local buses to Liscard, Birkenhead & Liverpool from the top road.
I live in the main house next door, but as it's a large place it's far enough away to give you privacy, but I'm on hand if needed for emergencies, repairs, or the odd cuppa. The rent including all bills, broadband, & communal areas cleaned every 2 weeks is £500 pcm. The deposit is £350 & checkable reference will be required from previous landlords.
